Seprolec employs a team of 180 people, and Aria 33. The two companies have implemented a fully ERP-managed production system and a fully digitized MES.

Business experts are present at every stage of the production process, from Purchasing &Supply to Planning, Methods/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Controls, Testing andIntegration.

Seprolec's production departments are trained to international standards IPC-A-610 (Class 2& 3) for cabling and controls. What's more, the organization is flexible and can adapt to customer needs, offering variable working hours (2x8, 3x8, 6d/7) and an adapted workshop configuration.

A dedicated team analyzes the technical files resulting from the studies, in a structured"Design for X" approach (optimization for costs, manufacturing, testing, repair...), both at the board level and for the product as a whole. We offer tailor-made consultancy to bring real added value to the design of innovative products.

Supply Chain Experts

Active monitoring of Bills of Materials and implementation of appropriate logistics contracts.

We analyze all product BOMs to identify and optimize sensitive points (costs, lead times, conditioning, sources and availability, etc.) at an early stage.
An experienced team is dedicated to sourcing components from our suppliers in France, Europe and all around the world. Active monitoring of certain components, or even entire BOMs, enables us to anticipate and react as quickly as possible to obsolescence.

Our purchasing and supply strategy is structured to meet our customers' needs for flexibility.

Manufacturing

99,6% product conformity on delivery

Individualized follow-up and manufacturing reports enable us to optimize the product, from the first prototypes to series production; our industrial tooling is adapted to small and medium production runs (from multi-unit to several thousand per batch). We welcome all types of designs (analog, radio-frequency, digital, power, mixed...), standard and specific components(up to 01005 and 0.3mm pitch), printed circuits (rigid, flex, mixed, metal substrates, multilayer...).

Structural testing, integration, system testing and after-sales service round out our know-how.
